FLYINGSHIPS This record appeared at my doorstep, and it’s Beauty kinda caught me off guard. It happened to be the perfect thing for me to hear on that day. I had ordered the vinyl reissue, and for some reason my brain thought I did it thru Bandcamp. Which I hadn’t. The next day I was going to work and wanted to hear it while driving, I was horrified to find that it wasn’t here in my purchased list! So I bought it again!! Thanks Danny, keep making beautiful music.

Kenneth G Bressler Takes me back to the 80s sci fi and action movies I grew up on, but it also creates a mysterious new world that is built partly on nostalgia and partly on the alluring mystery of a fog shrouded forest on a chilly autumn evening. Favorite track: Moord Op De Kagerplas.

Digital re-issue coinciding with the tape release of this 2007 Strange Life CDR DX7 drenched cult spywave album. Very much influenced by real locations in the vicinity of the The Hague dune studio where this was recorded - this imaginary soundtrack scores a hypothetical story of a Cold War animal parapsychologist living in an abandoned zoo. Remastered and comes with PDF's of the liner notes and scans of the stuff that came with the original 2007 CDr release including:

- Original secret document with coordinates of locations in which the tracks fictional story takes place - you can enter these in google maps and snoop around while listening or be a superdork and visit these locations for real for extreme cultness
-Scan of the original sticker
-Map of the abandoned zoo in Wassenaar
